2. Pre-Screen Interview

A brief conversation with a member of our Talent Team to discuss your experience and motivations.

3. Assessment Task (if applicable)

Depending on the nature of the role, candidates may be asked to complete a short assessment relevant to the position.

4. Final Interview

For many roles, this will involve a single competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager.


For senior or specialised positions, there may be up to two final-stage interviews to explore role-specific competencies and alignment with our team.
